What types of wallpaper do you offer?
NestDecorCo offers three main product lines: Non-Woven Wallpaper, Natural Woven Wallcoverings (including grasscloth, linen, jute, and seagrass), and Custom Wall Murals. Each is available in a range of patterns, textures, and colorways to suit a variety of interior styles.
What is the difference between non-woven and natural woven wallpaper?
Non-woven wallpaper is made from a blend of natural and synthetic fibers. It is dimensionally stable, easy to hang using the paste-the-wall method, and can be removed cleanly. Natural woven wallcoverings are made entirely from organic fibers and offer a richer, more tactile texture — though they require slightly more care during installation and in humid environments.
Are your wallcoverings suitable for bathrooms or kitchens?
Non-woven wallpaper is moisture-resistant and suitable for bathrooms and kitchens with adequate ventilation. Natural woven wallcoverings are best suited for dry interior spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms. We do not recommend natural woven products for high-humidity areas.
Do you offer wallpaper samples?
Yes. We offer sample swatches for most of our wallpaper and wallcovering collections. Samples allow you to assess color, texture, and material quality in your own space before placing a full order. Please visit our Contact page to request samples.
Sizing & Ordering
How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
Measure the total width of your walls and the ceiling height. Multiply width by height to get the total square footage. Add 10–15% for trimming and pattern matching. Our team is happy to help you calculate the correct quantity — just contact us with your room dimensions.
What roll sizes are available?
Standard rolls are typically 20.5 inches wide and 33 feet long, covering approximately 56 square feet. We also offer double rolls and custom-cut lengths for larger projects. Exact dimensions vary by collection — please check individual product listings for details.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. All of our custom wall murals are produced to your exact wall dimensions. For standard wallpaper rolls, we offer custom-cut lengths on select collections. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard wallpaper, there is no minimum order — you can purchase as few rolls as you need. For custom wall murals, a minimum wall area applies. Please contact us for custom mural pricing and minimums.
Installation
How is non-woven wallpaper installed?
Non-woven wallpaper uses the paste-the-wall method. Apply wallpaper paste directly to the wall, then hang the dry wallpaper strip. This method is cleaner, faster, and more forgiving than traditional paste-the-paper methods. Full installation instructions are included with every order.
How is natural woven wallcovering installed?
Natural woven wallcoverings are typically installed using the paste-the-paper method. Apply paste to the back of the wallcovering, allow it to soak for the recommended time, then hang. We recommend professional installation for natural woven products to ensure the best result.
Do I need to prepare my walls before hanging wallpaper?
Yes. Walls should be clean, dry, smooth, and primed before installation. Fill any holes or cracks and sand smooth. New plaster must be fully cured and sealed. Proper wall preparation is the most important factor in a successful installation.
Can I install wallpaper over existing wallpaper?
We do not recommend installing new wallpaper over existing wallpaper. Old wallpaper can cause adhesion problems and may result in bubbling or peeling. Always remove existing wallpaper and prepare the wall surface before hanging new wallcoverings.
Custom Wall Murals
How do I order a custom wall mural?
Start by contacting our team through the Custom Wall Murals page or the Contact Us form. Share your wall dimensions, design inspiration, and any reference images. We will prepare a digital proof for your approval before going to print.
Can I use my own image or artwork for a mural?
Yes. You can submit your own photography, artwork, or digital design. We require high-resolution files (minimum 150 DPI at print size) to ensure the best print quality. Our team will review your files and advise on suitability before production.
How long does it take to produce a custom mural?
Production typically takes 7–10 business days after design approval. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. Rush production may be available — please contact us to discuss your timeline.
What if I am not happy with the design proof?
We offer revisions on all custom mural designs until you are completely satisfied. We will not proceed to print until you have approved the final design proof in writing.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How is wallpaper packaged for shipping?
Wallpaper rolls are carefully packaged in protective tubes or flat boxes to prevent damage during transit. Custom murals are shipped as rolled panels in reinforced tubes. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened wallpaper rolls within 30 days of delivery. Custom wall murals and custom-cut orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact our team to initiate a return or report a damaged order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any damage. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
